Day 1: Welcome to Queenstown
On arrival you will be met by a private driver and delivered to your Queenstown hotel. Your tour pack containing everything you need for your holiday will be handed to you.
Day 2: At Queenstown
Collect your rental car and travel to Jack's Point Golf Course which is not only one of the most spectacular in the world, but as an 18 hole par 72 championship course it offers golfers of any calibre a callenging and unforgettable experience.
Day 3: Queenstown to Mt Cook National Park
Leaving Queenstown, you'll head through Kawarau Gorge and over the historic Kawarau Bridge - a popular bungy jumping location. Continue through the Gibbston Valley and be sure to stop at one of its many vineyards for a tasting. Head through the Lindis Pass, one of New Zealand's highest roads, with the summit reaching 971 metres. Its tussock covered hills are a barren but beautiful sight as you descend into the Mackenzie Basin. After travelling through Omarama and Twizel take the Mount Cook Highway to arrive in the small village for your overnight stay.
Day 4: Mt Cook to Windwhistle (Terrace Downs)
This drive takes you along the Inland Scenic Route, a well signposted and recognised alternative to the main highways. Take time to stop and enjoy the spectacular views on this route.
Day 5: Terrace Downs Golf Course
This course offers guests an 18-hole championship course, with a choice of four tees on each hole, and incorporates 10 lakes and over 60 bunkers. The spectacular views pose a constant challenge for players to keep their eye on the ball!
Day 6: Windwhistle to Christchurch
Follow the Inland Scenic Route through the tiny villages of Glenroy and Gentunnel towards the garden city of Christchurch, then on to Clearwater Resort - a waterfront property set within beautiful grounds overlooking the clear, shimmering Lake Kaikainui.
Day 7: A day of golf at Clearwater Golf Club
This par 72 championship course is home to the HSBC NZ PGA Championship. Playable year-round the course meanders around a succession of spring-fed lakes and trout-filled streams, with uninterrupted views of the spectacular Southern Alps. There are five fee positions to suit players of all abilities.
Day 8: Depart Christchurch today
