Day 1:  Arrive Auckland
Transfer to your airport accommodation to relax and recover from the flight.

Day 2:  Auckland - Coromandel
This morning make your way to the motorhome depot for collection and a thorough orientation of the vehicle.  A stop is recommended at the airport complex supermarket where you can stock up with supplies before heading south.  Take a leisurely drive to the picturesque town of Coromandel this afternoon.

Day 3:  Coromandel - Waihi Beach
Enjoy the natural beauty of the Coromandel.  Visit Hot Water Beach and travel to Waihi Beach on the Coromandel Peninsula, a favourite holiday spot with 'Kiwis'.

Day 4:  Waihi Beach - Rotorua
Travel to the geothermal and cultural centre of New Zealand.  Lord of the Rings fans might like to stop at Matamata enroute to take a tour of the Hobbiton Movie Set site.

Day 5:  Rotorua - Taupo
Spend the morning enjoying Rotorua's attractions, then travel to Taupo and stay overnight at a holiday park where you can enjoy a soak in the onsite thermal pools.

Day 6:  Taupo - Napier
Drive to Napier today and spend the afternoon enjoying the beautiful Art Deco seaside town of Napier.

Day 7:  Napier - Wellington
Spend the morning in Napier before heading to our capital city in the afternoon.  

Day 8:  At Wellington
Explore Wellington city and surrounds, or take a sightseeing tour.  Lord of the Rings fans can join a tour of movie set locations and the WETA Workshop which gives a unique behind-the-scenes glimpse into the creativity of this Academy Award-winning design studio.

Day 9:  Wellington - Picton - Nelson
Join the Interislander ferry for your journey across Cook Strait this morning.   Upon arrival in Picton, drive on to Nelson.

Day 10:  At Nelson
Enjoy a day exploring this wine, art & wilderness mecca today.  

Day 11:  Nelson - Greymouth
Travel down the rugged and scenic West Coast of New Zealand, to Greymouth today.

Day 12:  Greymouth - Franz Josef
Continue your journey down the West Coast to Franz Josef.  

Day 13:  At Franz Josef
Option of a guided walk to the glacier terminus today, and a soak in the hot pools to end your day.  Optional activities are the West Coast Wildlife Centre, helicopter sightseeing, kayaking and the Glacial Country Lake Cruise.

Day 14:  Franz Josef - Queenstown
Travel to Queenstown today.  Enjoy the afternoon relaxing or taking part in the host of activities this town has to offer.

Day 15:  At Queenstown
A free day to explore Queenstown and surrounds.  This exciting town offers a huge range of adventure and scenic activities in one of the most beautiful lakeside settings in the country.

Day 16:  Queenstown - Te Anau
Travel to Te Anau today.  We suggest an evening tour of the glow worm caves, or simply relax and enjoy the setting.

Day 17:  Milford Sound Day Trip
Leave the motorhome in Te Anau today and take a Milford Sound coach and cruise tour.  Enjoy the opportunity to sit back and relax, listening to an informative commentary provided by your expert driver/guide and marvel at the scenery.

Day 18:  Te Anau - Dunedin
Travel to Dunedin today and explore this Scottish inspired city.

Day 19:  Dunedin - Christchurch
Travel to Christchurch and drop off your motorhome.  Your last night in the country is in a hotel near the airport, convenient for your departing flight the next day.

Day 20:  Depart Christchurch
A courtesy transfer from your hotel to the airport is included for your departure today.
