This wil be a day of fun, entertainment and local knowledge - rainforests, mountains and beaches all in one day. 

Enjoy the flora and fauna of the semi-tropical rainforest with giant ferns, kauri tree forests and crystal clear streams.  Visit old historic gold caves sparkling with glowworms and hear the fascinating environmental and cultural history of this magic area.  You'll experience stunning pacific coastal scenery with white sand beaches and the magnificent Coromandel cliffs decorated with ancient Pohutukawa trees (New Zealand's Christmas tree), old Maori pa sites and offshore islands.  With the tide permitting a visit to Hot Water Beach is included. 

Lunch will be a delightful picnic or a visit to a cafe.
