Your Tour will start in Christchurch with a drive af about 45 minutes north through the New Zealand countryside to Waipara Valley. A well known area for its warm, dry climate and rich alluvial soils, ideal for superior wine production.

Over 40 wineries and vineyards pepper the landscape of the valley with Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc dominating local plantings. The first stop will be at Waipara Springs with a plattered lunch awaiting, followed by a leisurely tour to the Greystone, Waipara Hills and Pegasus Bay wineries for tasting some of the finest wines.
